The department recently became a member of Pride in Diversity and established the DJR Pride Network to ensure that we are an inclusive workplace. Our network promotes and supports LGBTQI events such as the Pride March, an event which you can see some of our employees enjoying in the photo above.
Through raising awareness and inclusive work practices, we can foster a culture in which diversity is valued and all people are respected.
